TARGET SECTORS
Exclusively agriculture, food and beverage focused heavily on manufacturing companies
COMPANY SIZE
$1 – 4MM EBITDA. Will consider smaller investments with a significant strategic fit.
TRANSACTION TYPES
Buyout or majority investment. Minority positions with certain blocking rights and active participation will be considered. Open to co-invest with other family offices or private equity firms.
SITUATIONS
Investment required to fund growth. Synergistic with Ouabache thus allowing active participation.
GEOGRAPHY
Midwest preferred. Will consider broader geography within the US for opportunities with a significant strategic fit.
