We seek to find good companies that have demonstrated strong growth potential in markets that are growing and are on-trend.

TARGET SECTORS

Exclusively agriculture, food and beverage focused heavily on manufacturing companies.

SITUATIONS

Investment required to fund substantial growth.  Synergistic with Ouabache thus allowing active participation.

COMPANY SIZE

$1 – 4MM EBITDA. Will consider smaller investments with a significant strategic fit. 

TRANSACTION TYPES

Buyout or majority investment.  Minority positions with certain blocking rights and active participation will be considered.  Open to co-invest with other family offices or private equity firms.

GEOGRAPHY

Companies headquartered within the US.

INVOLVEMENT

Active participation with strong management teams.
